Description
The dismantling joint consists of the main body, the sealing ring, the gland, the telescopic short pipe and other main parts. It is a new product that connects pumps, valves and other equipment with pipelines. It connects them into a whole through full bolts, and has a certain displacement. In this way, it can be adjusted according to the installation size on site during installation and maintenance, and the axial thrust can be transferred back to the whole pipeline during work. This not only improves work efficiency, but also plays a certain protective role for pumps, valves and other equipment.
Dismantling Joint
The dismantling fitting is a double flange fitting that accommodates up to 100 mm (4 in) of longitudinal adjustment and can be locked at the desired length using the supplied pull rod. Not only does the system make maintenance of valves, pumps or gauges quick and easy, it also simplifies future plumbing modifications and reduces downtime when changes need to be made.
Dismantling Joint is easy to install
Installation is also simple, just use a wrench and torque wrench to tighten the high-strength steel or stainless steel tie rods. With fewer holes than flanges, the tie rods act as flanged bolts, a process that speeds up the process but still provides a safe, rigid, fully end-load resistant system with a pressure rating equal to that of the flange.
What is the Dismantling Joint for?
Dismantling joints play a decisive role in the design and arrangement of pipes and valves. They are essential aids in the installation and removal of pipe sections and valves. Accurate insertion of the valve into the pipe section is nearly impossible without the provision of a dismount for longitudinal adjustment.
